WHAT’S NEW FOR YOU

For the 2018-2019 plan year, we have an online open enrollment portal called Plansource which you can visit at https://benefits.plansource.com.

This is the website you must visit to enroll in benefits.

You don’t need to do anything if you’re an existing employee who already has coverage and doesn’t want to make any changes to your coverage(s). But if you’re a California manager, then you must go on Plansource to enroll in or waive coverage.

For existing employees who already have coverage but want to make a change to their coverage(s), you must go onto Plansource to make such changes.

For eligible employees hired after open enrollment, you can apply for coverage on Plansource on the first of the month following the month when you have reached 60 days of continuous employment.
